agent number. These forms will be emailed to you within 5 business
days of contracting.
Also,
by becoming an agent you automatically receive a personalized
website. This website will include your business name, telephone
number and email address. Your clients will be able to purchase
the CAREINGTON
plan nationwide from your new website. After an online purchase
is made, you will be notified by email of the sale within 3-5
minutes.
NOTE:
The personalized website we provide you is a fully functional
